Pumpkin seed oil is the oil extracted from the seeds of a pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima). Pumpkin seed oil has a rich, nutty taste and is often used as a cooking oil. It boasts a rich flavor and vibrant red-orange hue.

Pumpkin seed oil is said to help promote urinary health and heart health. It’s full of vitamins and anti-inflammatory agencies, along with linoleic and oleic acid.
